Villains: Secretary of Homeland Security Lawrence Duvall

Lawrence Duvall is the strongarm of the New World Order. As the Sec. of Homeland Security he has unlimited power to hunt down terrorists and has access to information that not even the president has. He has been tracking the Third Army for quite some time now but can’t seem to pinpoint who they are or what their motives may be. One thing is for sure, there is more than meet the eye to this man and we can expect the Third Army to have their hands full with this formidable enemy.
